ANTHONY SUTHERLAND
Anthony found his passion for Art later on in life. Born 1951 he was a keen artist during his school years, however following the untimely death of his father, was forced into career he might not have otherwise chosen. For the next 30 years Sutherland ran a small village Pub. In between running a small business and supporting his family, Sutherland never lost interest in his love of Art and always experimented with mixed mediums whenever time allowed. Due to the Economic downturn he sold his Pub and decided to return to his first passion.
A self proclaimed "PhilatelArtist " Sutherlands method of 'recycling' old postage stamps from around the world is used to create his truly unique, detailed and beautiful works of Art.
